Starting her career at just 16 years old, now with over 40 years of experience, Tracey has mastered the art of bra fitting for every shape, size, and stage of life. Today, as the owner, she dedicates her time to helping everyone discover the life-changing difference of a perfectly fitting bra.
What Tracey loves most about her job is the connection she builds with her customers. From first fittings to weddings and babies, she’s been part of countless journeys, sharing laughter, tears, and joy along the way. Her favourite moments are the transformations: when someone steps into the store unsure and leaves standing taller, smiling brighter, and feeling more confident than ever, simply because they’re wearing the right bra.

Talya has been a part of the Illusions Lingerie family for over 17 years, joining the business at just 17 years old. With almost two decades of experience fitting women of every shape and size, she’s developed a deep passion for helping customers discover bras that fit perfectly and feel amazing. Working alongside her mum Tracey, Talya loves collaborating to find the perfect lingerie solutions for each customer, no matter their unique needs or stage of life.
One of Talya’s favourite aspects of her role is providing specialised fittings, especially mastectomy fittings. She finds it incredibly rewarding to support customers in feeling comfortable and confident in their bodies after surgery. She’s also proud to stock an inclusive range of sizes, helping everyone find lingerie that transforms their comfort and confidence.
For those who haven’t had a professional fitting before, Talya’s advice is simple: don’t wait! A good fitting should be easy, comfortable, and enjoyable, just like the bras you’ll wear. Before joining the team, she worked as a Brand Consultant for Wacoal, fitting and merchandising across leading brands like Elomi, Fantasie, Chantelle, and Calvin Klein in David Jones stores. Her deep understanding of fit, shape, and support makes her a natural at helping every customer find what truly works for their body.
Angelique is passionate about more than just bras - she’s here for the “ah-ha” moments.
