Shipping

We only display stock that is available now. Unlike other retailers who advertise full size ranges and order as required (causing long wait times), we only advertise stock that is in store and ready to be sent!

You can be sure that what you see online reflects our stock levels in store.

If an item isn't available in your size, get in touch with us and we will do our best to get it in stock for you.

*The full Tani range is available as we order weekly. This may cause delays of 3-5 business days.

We ship Australia wide via Auspost.

If you live internationally please contact us for a shipping quote.

Absolutely! Simply select "pick-up" at the checkout and we will place your order aside. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

As most of our products are in store, pickup is generally ready within a few hours.

We offer a flat rate price of $10 for all orders within Australia under $150 - excludes shoes.

Shoes are a flat rate price of $15 for all orders with Australia under $150.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

Express options are available at an additional cost.

We do our best to dispatch your order the next business day.

Our standard shipping times are 3-10 business days with Standard Post.

We order Tani products weekly, this may delay dispatch by 3 business days.

Shipping times may be subject to COVID-19 and seasonal delays.
Please contact us or check with Auspost prior to ordering if time is of concern.

Once your order has been dispatched from our store, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. If you do not receive this email within a few days of your order get in touch with one of our friendly staff.

Returns

Provided the garment is in new condition with tags still attached we will happily accept returns.

For hygiene reasons this excludes briefs, shapewear and hosiery.

Clearance/sale items cannot be returned.

Please get in touch with us and await a response before sending your item back.

In-Store Fittings

Not at all, unlike other retailers we welcome walk-ins. Head in store and one of our friendly staff will assist you to find a style you like and the perfect size.

After-hour bookings are available as part of our Inclusive Fittings program for those looking for discretion.

Not at all, we fit to suit your body. If however, you are looking for a bra to wear under an outfit for a special occasion, we suggest to bring it along.

Absolutely, we welcome everyone in our store. We also offer an after hour fitting service while our doors are closed for those who prefer discretion (Bookings required). For more information, visit our Inclusive Fittings page.
