We understand fit is important. If your item isn’t quite right - and it’s not a clearance item, sealed package, or hygiene-sensitive product (e.g. briefs, breast forms, hosiery) - please contact us to initiate a return.

within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refit or discuss your options.

Refunds or replacements are subject to the manufacturer’s assessment and approval.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to:
- Incorrect washing methods
- Machine washing, even in a wash bag or on a “delicate” cycle
All lingerie must be hand washed only to maintain quality and warranty eligibility.

- Against the recommendation of our professional fitters
- Without being properly fitted in-store
