We understand that sometimes when you order online your item may not fit as expected. At Illusions Lingerie we do our best to ensure a happy shopping experience. Read our policy below or get in touch and one of our friendly staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
We offer free pickup in-store and on all Australian orders over $150.
A flat rate of $10 is applied for anywhere in Australia under $150.
Shoes are a flat rate of $15 for anywhere in Australia under $150.
Express shipping is available Australia wide at a flat rate of $15 for orders under $150.
We also ship internationally, rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping times may be subject to seasonal delays.

Simply get in touch with our friendly staff within 14 days of delivery.
We can provide a full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange the item with another product or more suitable size.
Returning items will need to be shipped at the customers cost.
*For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of briefs, shapewear and hosiery.

Change of Mind
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, in resellable condition with all tags attached.

“Customer Choice” items
Discomfort
If you are not satisfied with the fit of your item, please contact us immediately via phone, email, or by visiting our store within 14 days of purchase to be refitted.
Manufacturer Faults
Items with potential manufacturer faults must be returned within 14 days.
Refunds or returns for such items are subject to the manufacturer’s decision.
Damage
Items damaged due to consumer fault, such as improper washing, cannot be returned.
Washing items in a wash bag or using a “delicate cycle” does not constitute hand washing.
Hygiene Items
When trying on bottoms, briefs must be worn. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for intimate items, including briefs, control garments, hosiery, prosthetics, and accessories.
Customer Choice
“Customer Choice” items refer to purchases made against the advice of our fitters or items that have not been fitted. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Hand Wash Only
To maintain the quality and longevity of our products, a strict hand wash-only policy applies to all garments. Failure to adhere to the garment care instructions may void any return or warranty claims.
