In-store pickup is available at no additional cost from our Moonee Ponds lingerie store. Simply select the “Pick Up” option at the checkout. We will send you a pickup notification once your order is ready to be collected - typically the same day.
If your online order doesn't fit simply get in touch with our friendly team within 30 days to organise a return.
Returned items are shipped at the customers cost.
Items must be in original condition with tags still attached.
