Tracey’s daughter, Talya, who many of you know, has just welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy into the world (and over a month early, no less!). With such an exciting new chapter for the family, you might notice a few new faces in-store - including the warm, kind soul that is Angelique… and truly, an angel at that.

A Natural Fit: Angelique’s Journey Into Bra Fitting
Before joining Illusions, Angelique was already a familiar face in the lingerie world. A mum and a seasoned Brand Consultant for Wacoal, she spent years working closely with some of our most loved brands including Elomi, Fantasie and Wacoal, merchandising and fitting in David Jones stores.
Her experience doesn’t stop there - with over 15 years of bra fitting under her belt, Angelique has also worked with Chantelle and Calvin Klein, building a deep understanding of fit, shape, and what truly works for different bodies.
So, when one of her colleagues mentioned an opportunity at Illusions, it was a perfect match.
“I was already familiar with the store and the brands, and I was excited to join the team of Melbourne's best bra fitters.”
Why Bra Fitting Matters
For Angelique, bra fitting is about so much more than just measurements.
“I love helping people feel better in all aspects of their life - whether it’s something special or something for everyday. Moments big and small, I’m here for it!”

More Than 15 Years of Expertise
Angelique’s training spans over a decade and a half, combining hands-on experience fitting women of all shapes and sizes with formal training from brands like Berlei and Triumph.
One of the biggest things she’s learned?
“8 out of 10 women are wearing the wrong size bra!”
And the most common bra issue?
“Bands that are too big and cups that are too small - which leads to discomfort and clothes not sitting properly.”
It’s exactly why a professional bra fitting can make such a dramatic difference.

If your band is riding up at the back - it’s too big. This is one of the biggest causes of poor support.
Most people are in the wrong size. And yes - the right size really does feel that much better.
Get fitted every 6-12 months. Or sooner if your body has changed.
