To be recognised on a national level - especially for something as personal and meaningful as bra fitting - is truly an honour. Every day, we have the privilege of helping people feel comfortable, confident, and supported in their own bodies, and to have that work acknowledged means the world to us.
While we won’t be able to travel interstate to attend the awards night (we’re far too busy to leave the store!), we couldn’t be prouder just to be finalists. For us, this recognition already feels like a win.

We were also honoured to be recognised last year as finalists in the North West Local Business Awards, and to now be acknowledged again on a national stage is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Growing With You: Small Changes In-Store
With all this support has come something we’re deeply thankful for… we’ve been very busy!
To make sure we continue delivering the personalised, one-on-one expert fitting experience we’re known for, we’ve introduced a small change during our busiest periods.
On peak days (typically Saturdays), you may notice stanchions at the front of our store. This helps us manage the flow of customers and ensures that every person who comes in receives dedicated time with one of our experienced fitters.
Here’s how it works:

We’ll warmly welcome you at the front and take your name

You can relax on our seats, or browse our store

As soon as a fitter is available, we’ll call you through
This approach allows us to avoid overcrowding and ensures every customer feels comfortable, supported, and never rushed.
Importantly, this system is only used when we are super busy - so on quieter days, you’ll still be able to walk straight in as usual.
Always Improving: Introducing Our Upcoming Solutions Hub
As much as we love helping customers in-store, we know that many of you also shop with us online - and we’re constantly looking for ways to make that experience just as supportive and empowering.
That’s why we’re so excited to share that we’re currently working on something new: our Solutions Hub.
This upcoming feature is designed to make online bra shopping easier, more intuitive, and more personalised. Instead of guessing what might work, you’ll be able to search and discover products based on your specific needs, including:

The outfit you’re wearing (a strapless dress, a backless gown, plunge, etc.)

Your breast shape (small, full, wide-set, sagging, uneven, etc.)

Common concerns or challenges (like straps slipping, wires digging, underarm & back bulge, etc.)
Our goal is to take the knowledge and expertise from our in-store fittings and translate that into a digital experience - so no matter where you are, you can feel confident in your choices.
It’s all part of our ongoing commitment to improving and better supporting every body.
