Known as the "Bra Fairy" of Melbourne, Tracey has been a cornerstone of Illusions Lingerie since 1984. Starting her career at just 16 years old, now with over 40 years of experience, Tracey has mastered the art of bra fitting for every shape, size, and stage of life. Today, as the owner, she dedicates her time to helping everyone discover the life-changing difference of a perfectly fitting bra.
What Tracey loves most about her job is the connection she builds with her customers. From first fittings to weddings and babies, she’s been part of countless journeys, sharing laughter, tears, and joy along the way. Her favourite moments are the transformations: when someone steps into the store unsure and leaves standing taller, smiling brighter, and feeling more confident than ever, simply because they’re wearing the right bra.

Talya
Talya has been a part of the Illusions Lingerie family for over 17 years, joining the business at just 17 years old. With almost two decades of experience fitting women of every shape and size, she’s developed a deep passion for helping customers discover bras that fit perfectly and feel amazing. Working alongside her mum Tracey, Talya loves collaborating to find the perfect lingerie solutions for each customer, no matter their unique needs or stage of life.
One of Talya’s favourite aspects of her role is providing specialised fittings, especially mastectomy fittings. She finds it incredibly rewarding to support customers in feeling comfortable and confident in their bodies after surgery. She’s also proud to stock an inclusive range of sizes, helping everyone find lingerie that transforms their comfort and confidence.
For those who haven’t had a professional fitting before, Talya’s advice is simple: don’t wait! A good fitting should be easy, comfortable, and enjoyable, just like the bras you’ll wear. And don’t forget - your bras have a lifespan of about six months before they lose their support, so regular updates are key to staying comfortable.

Her journey began as a lingerie designer, where she honed her craft in creating beautiful, functional pieces. Throughout her career, she’s worked with high-end lingerie brands, combining technical expertise with a keen eye for elegance. Shiori is also a trailblazer in the Australian lingerie community, having launched the country's first lingerie fitting blog and gaining a dedicated following on Instagram (@mylingerieaddiction) with over 66,000 followers.
Shiori believes that the perfect bra is not about one size or brand but about finding the right fit for each individual. She loves helping clients discover styles that make them feel comfortable, confident, and supported, whether it's for everyday wear or a more sensual piece. With her deep knowledge of lingerie design, Shiori approaches each fitting with a technical understanding of structure, materials, and stitching to ensure the best possible fit for every customer.
Outside of work, Shiori is a creative soul, enjoying drawing, playing the piano, sewing, and spending time with her adorable adopted cat, Mya Mya.

Known for her warm and welcoming approach, Katherine creates a safe and judgment-free environment, ensuring every fitting is a comfortable experience.
