Are you an experienced bra fitter looking to work in a welcoming and friendly environment? Do you enjoy working in a retail environment focused on delivering the highest quality products and best customer experience? • An eye for detail -  You ask questions, uncover insights, dig deeper to understand what the customer is looking for, and makes the proper recommendations accordingly

• Take Initiative – You enjoy learning about the products and understanding the small details that will make a difference for individual customers
• “Stand-in” Best Friend – Clear, concise, and easily understood. Customers can confide and rely on you

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

• Connect - Greet customers in a friendly manner 
• Consult - Provide expert bra fitting services ensuring each potential customer's needs are met
• Conduct - Complete sales using the cash register and clean mirrors/surfaces accordingly 

What it Takes 

If you are friendly, knowledgeable, and an adept listener who can offer expert guidance to assist potential customers with their specific needs – we’d love to hear from you! 

Minimum Required:

• Previous bra fitting experience in a retail environment 
• Strong customer service skills – great bonding and rapport
• Knowledgeable about products 
• Initiative-taking and results-driven  
• Excellent communication skills

We are Illusions Lingerie, located at 22 Puckle Street Moonee Ponds, close to public transport and free on-site parking. We aim to provide the best bra fitting through a perfect fit, quality products, and friendly communication. We have been operational for over 38 years and are looking for a bra fitting expert to join our small family business. We provide bra fittings to people of all ages and sizes - specializing in the fuller figure - and build a great rapport with all of our customers.
